Hexagram 15 usually comes up when someone needs to balance the pros and cons of a situation and doing the right thing by coming to a justified conclusion without prejudice, especially in legal matters. The best way to handle things is to cut through pride and complications and communicate in a natural sincere and straightforward manner. Be humble but dignified and do not tolerate offence from anyone. 

 

It’s advantageous to void excessive and extreme behaviour. A truly modest person keeps quiet about their accomplishments and the good things they do. They conclude matters in a humble respectful manner without boasting of status and achievements. 

 

In relationships you need to work to find a balance. A modest person is grateful. They don’t feel entitled and they are thankful for the many blessings they receive in life. A modest person is slow to offend and quick to forgive. They put relationships before the need to be right. They prefer balance and harmony. A modest person asks for help. They see assistance and support as an opportunity to develop and not as a sign of weakness. A modest person treats everybody with respect. They choose to be at peace with themselves and others over always being right. Being modest helps us know who we are and who we are not. It allows us to live authentically. Modest people exhibit higher self-control in many situations because they tend to know their limits. They person treat everybody with respect and they balance and weigh things before coming to a fair conclusion

This way you can move ahead and overcome any difficulties you might encounter without raising resistance. It's easier to gain assistance by keeping a low profile and being modest.
